Ingredients
- 1 HEAD LETTUCE CHOPPED
- 1/2 CUP CHOPPED CELERY
- 1/2 CUP CHOPPED GREEN PEPPER
- 1/2 CUP CHOPPED ONION
- 1 - 10 OZ. PACKAGE FROZEN PEAS BLANCHED & COOLED
- 6 OZ. GRATED SHARP CHEDDAR CHEESE
- 8 SLICES BACON COOKED & CRUMBLED
Preparations
MIX TOGETHER THE FOLLOWING:
2 CUPS MAYONNAISE
2 TBSP BROWN SUGAR
LAYER IN GLASS BOWL, LETTUCE, CELERY, GREEN PEPPERS, ONIONS & PEAS. NEXT, SPREAD MAYONNAISE MIXTURE OVER SALAD, SEAL EDGES WITH MAYO. GARNISH WITH GRATED CHEESE & CRUMBLED BACON. COVER & REFRIGERATE FOR 12 - 24 HOURS.
