Val’s Pumpkin Pie

Ingredients
- 3/4 cups white sugar
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. cloves
- 1 - 14 oz tin pumpkin
- 1 electric mixer pastry or
- pie shell
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. ginger
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- 2/3 cup Carnation
- Evaporated Milk
Preparations
Mix sugar and spices together. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Pour into pastry shell. Bake at 425 degrees for 15 mins, then reduce the temperature to 350 degrees for approximately 45 minutes or until pumpkin mixture is set and pastry is slightly browned.
