Oatmeal Pie

Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 3/4 cup honey
- 3/4 cup quick-cooking oats
- 3/4 cup flaked coconut
- 2/3 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup margarine, softened
- 1/2 cup pecans, chopped
- 1 (9-inch) uncooked pie pastry
- Whipped cream or Cool Whip
Preparations
In a mixing bowl, beat eggs. Add honey, oats, coconut, brown sugar, margarine and nuts. Mix well. Pour into pie shell.
Bake at 350* for about 40 minutes, or until a knife inserted comes out clean.
Serve with whipped cream or Cool Whip.
