Craig Heynen- Licensed Realtor
As the most recent addition, Craig brings a renewed enthusiasm and dedication to the team and to the real estate industry in the Southeast. Born and raised in Calgary, Craig and his family have lived in the communities surrounding McKenzie Towne for the past 5 years and have no plans of relocating from this vibrant and growing corner of the city. Craig is involved in community events, open houses, fundraisers, and marketing activities, while at the same time providing a dynamic, reliable, and enjoyable home purchasing experience, especially for those first-time buyers. He has extensive experience in both the residential and commercial construction industry which brings an outside perspective to showing homes

Kim & Doug Hayden- Licensed Realtors
Kim and Doug, having been in real estate since 1999, have received numerous awards and recognitions from Royal LePage, the likes of which include the National Chairmans Club, Top Ten Award, Top 1% Donor for the Royal LePage Shelter Foundation, the Calgary Million Dollar Club, and their Alberta Centennial Citizens Award handed out in 2005.
In 2011 Kim and Doug made a move from Royal LePage to Urban Property Real Estate. They made this decision based on the belief that Urban was more in line with their community initiates and business practices.

With over 600 home owners served, numerous community intiatives and events supported, and a consistent drive to be more and domore, we look forward to working with you!

Erin Peirce- Licensed Realtor
Erin has lived in Mckenzie Towne, Copperfield, and Okotoks for the past 13 years. In that
time she joined Kim and Doug as a buyers agent and has been with them for the last 6 years.
Focusing on the Southeast and Okotoks in real estate has given her the knowledge and
experience to help buyers find the right home for their needs in a positive atmosphere. Erin
prides herself on client satisfaction and does her utmost to ensure that clients have as positive
an experience as possible when searching for their new home.

Along with real estate Erin assists with the many community events Kim and Doug participate in.
She is an active member with the various swim clubs through Calgary and Okotoks, volunteering
within Swim Alberta. She is also an active volunteer at Prince of Wales Elementary School.

Vicky Blaine- Office Coordinator & Home Stager
Vicky has a Certificate in Residential Decorating from Mount Royal College, and provides Kim & Doug’s clients with a professional home staging consultation. In addition, Vicky oversees all day to day operations, scheduling, and paperwork. She will answer all client questions, and ensure that the selling experience is a pleasant one. She also assists in website updates, community and past client events, and marketing.
